Therapy and Training for Grief and Loss Management

Living with grief and loss can be very challenging, whether it’s the death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, or a significant life change. We offer a safe space, support, skills and strategies to mind your mental, emotional and physical health through painful times. 

We combine Grief and Loss Psychology, CBT, Mindfulness and Self-care Practices to help you’re your heart and soothe your soul. Our programs are available for individuals or groups and are suitable for anyone experiencing a significant loss or for those working with or supporting those experiencing grief.
