Do I need a GP referral?

No, you don’t need a GP referral to get started. Feel free to reach out directly, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Does health insurance cover therapy?

Certainly worth checking! Some insurance providers do offer coverage for therapy, so it’s a good idea to explore your options with your provider.

What is the fee?

For Counselling, Coaching, and Psychotherapy, it’s €85 per session. If you’re looking into Clinical Hypnotherapy, the fee is €100 per session.

What is the duration of the appointments?

All our sessions are designed to fit into your schedule and life, lasting a comfortable 50 minutes.
Typically, we recommend starting with six counselling sessions. For Hypnotherapy, we suggest a minimum of three sessions to get the most out of the experience.
We’re flexible! While we often recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions, we’ll work with what suits you best.

Is confidentiality assured?

Your privacy is paramount. Rest assured, all your contacts and information are kept confidential from the beginning.

How can I book an appointment?

The choice is yours! Whether you prefer the comfort of your home or the cosiness of our space, we offer both online and in-person sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?
